Flag Fall From $18
Flag fall can increase depending on the distance from our base to collect and drop-off your pet.
For more than one pet, the Flag Fall increases by $5.00 per Pet (this is to cover the extra loading and unloading time!)
$2.00 p/km* + GST
Please note on weekends, public holidays and bookings with less notice than 24 hours, there is a slightly higher charge.
If your pet has special needs, please let us know at time of booking.
If you would like us to wait for your pet at the vet, grooming or any other appointment, there is a waiting fee (only $15 per 20 minute block, scheduled or unscheduled).
*Airport collections & drop-offs are individually quoted on and will also incur an airport fee. Please contact us for a firm quote on Airport drop off or collection.
Taxi Hours
The Pet Taxi normal operating hours are:
6am - 6pm Monday to Saturday
We are more than happy to transport your beloved pet outside of our normal trading hours! If you do require that, it will incur a 30% surcharge.
Bookings that are also made with less than 24 hours notice will incur the same surcharge.
Some days the Pet Taxis are totally booked out, so we suggest
booking in advance to avoid disappointment!
